it looks like this Zortag fellow is uploading some really cool stuff but i dont use usenet because its not free to my understanding, i think thats the same for a lot of people, can someone upload Zortags stuff either to a torrent or on something we all can download?

Many ISPs provide a free news service to their customers. The easiest way to find out is to call your ISP, get to Tech Support and ask them. It they do, you need to get the following information from them ...
1 the name (or address or URL of the news server, e.g. news.xyz.com)
2 the username and password to use to log onto the news server (some do not require a username/password).

Then check out Slyck's Guide (http://www.slyck.com/ng.php), it has very good info including software reviews/installation and usage guides, etc.

You will need a newsreader or newsdownloader to access the Usenet, there are some free ones.
You will also need some standard tools, all of which are free.
1 QuickPAR2 (Google it), its used to repair missing/damaged parts and assemble parts.
2 HJSplit (Google it), it is used to assemble parts.
3 An archive program that handles ZIPs and RARs (Google WinZIP or WinRAR)

i know i dont have access either i wish they would upload on rapidshare or mega or something on here, i dont get why it isn't

This video, from origianl VHS, has been uploaded to the usenet at alt.binaries.nospam.danni-ashe with 10% PARs and an NZB for downloading. DHD has also released a WMV of this video, and the content of both videos is identical.

I have tried, a number of times, to upload my videos to "web-based sharing sites", and each attempt failed. I have long suspected that the problem was related to their file size (my files are huge, because my primary concern is quality). Recently, I have been told that these videos are showing up at "web-based sharing sites", but only after having been transcoded into WMVs, and the video file has always been less than 1 GB. It appears that there is a 1 GB file size limit imposed by these "web-based sharing sites", and that is where the problem lies.
