i spend much, much more time on this board now that i'm a mod. there are often times when i am the only mod online, (usually very late at night, since many of the mods are old farts), but still, i think you're on the board more often than i am or than some other mods are.

Usually we get a notification from a webmaster when there is a problem with a girl or a particular site. When that happens we always comply believing that it is better to be safe than sorry. But in this case we received a notification from a lawyer which was serious enough to shut down the entire site. I know that this girl has several fans out there and for their loss I am truly sorry. But that situation is not unique. In my opinion we do not lose that much by banning her stuff entirely and we do not run the risk of crossing swords with this dude again.
