What timezone is this site in??

I am in Australia, which is GMT +10, which is what my profile is set at, up until a couple of weeks ago all was good, then the time here started getting out of whack, as I post this it is telling me the time is 12:47 am, when here it is actually 11:47 pm (EST), so where is the wrong time coming from??

Perhaps it is the daylite savings time.
Resetting your profile is probably the easiest way to fix it.

In your profile you can choose your time zone.

Well it appears the only way I can have correct time on the board here is to set the time zone in my profile to GMT + 9 hours, if I do this , yes it does give me correct time, but it isn't actually the correct time zone I am actually in, East Coast Australia is GMT + 10 hours, there is no current Daylight saving in Australia.
