    Editing my own posts?

Hi, what is the time limitation for editing my own posts, I had the impression that I could edit all my post after the switch to new vBulletin and now I can not edit posts older than 2 days?

2 days is the new limit.
This is because some dickhead got pissed and deleted all of his posts.
2 days was the limit on the old board also.

I wonder if the board would consider enabling the Edit again, for those that
    want to replace dead links?

We are unable to do that selectively. Either everyone can do it or no one can do it.
    Sorry.

I would like to replace several inactive MegaUpload links in some of my older posts. What if I use the Report button and supply a new, working MediaFire link for each one in my report? Would a staff member edit these posts on my behalf? (It would be less than ten posts, and some already say *** Link removed. Host not allowed ***). If not, am I allowed to make re-posts using those new links?

    Either way is fine.
You can report the old post, and we can add the new links you supply.
Or, make a new post and report/ask for the old one to be removed.

    Thanks for the reply, Turtle.

I am working on uploading the MediaFire replacement links now, and will supply them to the staff using the Report option.
