Claire Rankin (born January 23, 1975) is a Canadian actress. In the 1990s, Rankin performed in Shakespeare's plays Love's Labour's Lost, Romeo and Juliet and The Tempest. Rankin has appeared in over 50 films and television shows, including Hemlock Grove, The Mentalist, House, Monk, Without a Trace, The District, Chicago Hope, Ally McBeal and The Drew Carey Show. She has also had lead roles in independent films and television movies such as John Q, In Quiet Night, A Brother's Promise, A Face to Kill For and One of Our Own. She has recurring roles on "Damien", "Rogue" and "The Good Witch". Recent films include "Killing Mommy" with Yvonne Zima and "Snipped in the Bud" starring Brooke Shields. She is known to fans for her recurring roles as Kate Heightmeyer in the military science fiction series Stargate Atlantis and as Fleur de Brabant, younger sister of Nicolas de Brabant/Nick Knight, in the supernatural fantasy Forever Knight. Other shows she has guest-starred on include The Outer Limits, Sleepwalkers, Charmed, Republic of Doyle, Cracked, Nikita, and Star Trek: Voyager.
