Katelyn Smith is a news reporter and anchor for WGAL, the NBC affiliate in Lancaster, PA. Mrs. Smith, who was born and raised in Carlisle, PA., also worked at television stations in Illinois and Iowa prior to joining Channel 8 in 2002. She is the wife of fellow journalist Joel D. Smith, and anchor for rival station and CBS affiliate WHP-TV in Harrisburg.
