Kate Bilo is a meteorologist who has been with KYW-TV in Philadelphia since October 2010. She is a native of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania in Chester County.
She is also the wife of Scott Eby, a senior software engineer who previously worked for Bilo's former employer, AccuWeather. They have three children, not two as stated in her station bio.
