Heather Locklear Busted...Again

Heather Locklear was arrested over the weekend, suspected of driving under the influence of controlled substances. The Los Angeles Times reports a citizen made a 911 call reporting a woman driving erratically leaving a parking lot in Montecito, about 90 minutes north of LA. Locklear was arrested by the California Highway Patrol a short time later. Locklear, who divorced her husband guitarist Richie Sambora last year, checked herself into a treatment facility in June for anxiety and depression.
