Does anyone know why the Teen/DreamKelly thread was pulled.

I received an e-mail from the content provider which leads me to believe they had nothing to do with it. So who did?

The following is a copy of what I received from Jeanette Shannon who answered my e-mail sent via the Customer Service link on the DreamKelly website.

To the best of my knowledge Kelly is still shooting content with us on a regular basis and we have a lot of content that has not gone live in her member's area yet. We have had threads on certain boards and things moved or taken down in the past, but I have not heard anything about a thread on the FamousBoard specifically...Usually when we do have to step in though, it is because someone is pretending to BE Kelly, taking away from Kelly’s real profiles and her ability to really communicate with her fans.

She does have a myspace that you can write her at here-

I'm trying my best to get this sorted out. But, if it was anything I said or wrote, then a apologize to you all for anything I may have done to offend anyone. I was thinking that the FamousBoard was a forum open for free discussion and freely sharing of ideas, etc - somewhat similar to people sitting around a table and talking and being able to say - hey, take a look at this - I want to share this with you and this is what I think about it. So if I have somehow misunderstood the purpose of the FamousBoard -- please accept my humbled apology!

I have also contacted DreamKelly's website Customer Support with what I think is a misunderstanding to see if Sincomm, Ltd. will allow the thread to continue on the FamousBoard. It seems the original request to remove came from the old owners - Price Communications. Since they don't own the site anymore, I have appealed the decision to the people at SinComm Ltd., who now own the site's content, for reconsideration.

By the way, I really enjoyed the thread and reading and seeing what all had to add. It was a joy to see such a wonderful young woman showing herself enjoy some of the simple pleasures of life.

But I wonder if the new owners have also rights to the pictures posted before their arrival...

hm...in theory if they took over her entire site i dont see why not...but gotta get the clear for actually doing it in the first place as oppose to just the new stuff..lol

Here is what I think has happened.

I received an e-mail awhile back from someone who works at TNA - they are the folks who have TeenKelly's site. I was looking to see if they had any archives of her camshows. The reply from them was they didn't have any archives of camshows and that Kelly was no longer associated with either of her sites. Huh?

It seems if this was true, that the folks who bought the DreamKelly site have only 40 or so vids left that were done over the last year. After the 40 vids, their new content is finished and they need to do the same with the DreamKelly site as is being done with the TeenKelly site - repackaging of the same material.

I'm thinking they must have been very shocked to see her last remaining material available here after they just spent some money to buy her portfolio.

So, whammo, 'please pull the thread, you're giving away my income stream of new content for the next year. I need to make my money back'.

You know what they say? 'If you get the milk for free, you won't buy the cow!'

So, RIP Teen/DreamKelly thread. You were great and I enjoyed you with enthusiasm. It's just not the same without you. Thanks to you all.

ah, thanks for the update man - its a shame it will be pulled permanently - however it would be understandable seeing as though alot of the unreleased stuff was already released.

I see it (the melissamidwest thread) disappeared. Oh well, at least people are trying, and too bad she didn't like seeing her ads here!

You know, I did notice that the pics that did appear on her (melissamidwest) thread were the same pics that you could see in ads for her site on the internet - pics in the public domain all ready. I'm really beginning to think that there is a trouble maker somewhere trying to make mountains out of molehills, and seems to be stretching things to fit their own agenda - maybe to make money for clearing up internet infractions that may not be infractions at all. Trying to stop someone from moving information from one public kiosk to another kiosk. Ambulance Chasers on the Internet??? Man, do you really want to have your product accociated with such persons? Things must be tough in the lawyering world, too. You would think you would want the attention for your product so more people would see it and want to buy it or subscribe to it? Seems like Homeland Security's mission is being turned into complete control of all material anywhere with no freedom of expression or sharing of newly found material allowed by anyone to anyone else. Either you're plugged-in or you're left out and not allowed to know - the have's and the have-not's! This is scary stuff to me. What the hells happening to this world? It's turning into a bunch of Daffy Ducks who are saying "IT"S MINE, IT"S MINE!!!" - greedy little duck. Man, lighten up, will you.

Back to the thread's topic:

I noticed on DreamKelly's myspace that she'll be shooting a test shoot for Playboy.

I think I'd like to see her (Kelly) do a TeenKelly shoot with AlisonAngel! I love her lesby stuff!!!

I can see why porn sites with exclusive content (especially soft core sites) would want to keep sites such as our from carrying their content. Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free...even if the freebies are low res copies, much less hi-res? And it's always easier to say NO CONTENT rather than SOME CONTENT and then try to police that. It's not like they can count on their paying members to keep their stuff exclusive...we all seem willing to share, even if the stuff we're sharing comes out of our pocket. Just remember, they are trying to make money, too.

Yeah, in a perfect world, all this stuff should be free....and hookers should all be clean and nymphos and giving it away, too. ;) And our wives would like it that way! :laughing6:

Just wanted to chip in my 2c.

I'm not surprised that the thread stayed up as long as it did.
I posted a lot of material here exclusively and my RS account shows maybe 150-200 downloads per file at best. Taking into account the thread was one of the most viewed on the board, you'll agree that this is a tiny number. While I could have used the extra RS points, I would like to thank everyone for not reposting my links on other boards.

For the sake of comparison, I have 2 files which I also posted on P4TM - each of these have been downloaded 7000-8000 times. If I had posted my links to other forums on a more regular basis, I'm sure it would have aroused more suspicion and gotten the thread pulled much earlier.

Anyway, it's sad to see the thread go.
Especially as I still have 28 videos that I haven't even uploaded yet.
