Thankfully, celebs are notorious blabbermouths and Sarah and her hubby, Freddie Prinze Jr, only needed to leave it to her Buffy co-star Michelle Trachtenberg to spread the good news.
Mich told People this week: "I'm so very happy for her and Freddie. She's going to be an extraordinary mum. Good people make great parents."
