We're hearing all kinds of chat about Victoria Beckham at the mo.

The Posh one's name is being associated with a load of different projects.

As the Mystic Megs of Showbiz we have to ask - where is she heading to next?

First off, there's rumours that VB is looking to buy a £10million pad in London's Chelsea.

According to sources quoted in The Sun, Vic is very keen on a five-bedroom gaff with basement pool just off the trendy King's Road.

"Victoria makes no secret of the fact she loves that house. It would be a perfect London pad for the Beckhams," an insider tells the publication.

The goss, though not confirmed, will fuel speculation that David Beckham is considering moving his family from the States, after a difficult season at LA Galaxy.

However, at the same time, we're also hearing that Vic may appear as a possible replacement to Paula Abdul on American Idol.

Paula announced she was quitting the show, due to return in January 2010, earlier this week, Tweeting: "With sadness in my heart, I've decided not to return."
According to the Daily Mirror, Vic has agreed to guest star in at least two episodes of the hit US series, and may be up for further appearances.

"Victoria is hugely flattered as this is one of the biggest profile gigs in America," an inside source told the newspaper.Paula Abdul

"Network bosses would love to give her the job full-time and it looks like it's there for her if she wants it."

Vic's rep confirmed to Sky News that the star will make a "one-off appearance" on American Idol.

Given that, will she stay in LA ...or will she go?
