The troubled 23 year-old actress had been placed on probation after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of drunken driving and one count of reckless driving.
As a result of the 2007 convictions, she was ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol education program, serve 24 hours in jail and perform 10 days of community service while on 36 months probation.

The former child star of Disney movies spent 84 minutes in jail over the charges.
Lohan was ordered back to court on Friday after a probation report found she failed to comply to attend alcohol counselling.
The court was told she had failed to attend the required treatment because she had been busy with work.
As a result her three-year probation was extended by another year, Los Angeles Superior Court was told.
