Just found this game on another board:

simply
. . . the person before you will name 3 women, you choose out of those, who you'd shoot, shag and marry (ie. Shoot: ### Shag: ### Marry: ###) then mention 3 women for the next person to do the same to . . .
If you can give reasons for your choice, then even better...
