Jacinta Stapleton

Jacinta Stapelton (born 6 June 1979 in Malvern, Victoria) is an Australian actress. Her most notable acting role was Amy Greenwood in the Australian television soap opera Neighbours from 1997 to 2000.

Stapelton joined an acting agency as a child, appearing in commercials, in the film Boulevard of Broken Dreams and doing some modelling work, which she stopped when she was 12. She attended Sandringham Secondary College where she decided to pursue an acting career after playing the lead role in a school play.

She appeared as Amy Greenwood in the Neighbours from 1997 to 2000, making a cameo return in 2005 during the 20th anniversary of the series. From 2002 to 2004 she played Christina Dichiera in the TV drama, Stingers, and also had a recurring role as nurse Chloe Davis in the TV medical drama MDA.

She also appeared in Blue Heelers in two of the last eleven episodes, in 11 episodes of the Australian Drama Series, All Saints and one episode of Dirt Game. She also appeared in the BBC Australian Soap Out of the Blue.
