Constance Ramos (born February 25, in Kansa City, MO, USA) is an original member of the design team of the Emmy Award-winning primetime television show, Designer (Building/Planning) on the ABC Television Network's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition". She is currently the star and designer of HGTV's new show, Color Correction, which celebrates the importance of color in design.
