Sarah Palin Post and Entire Thread Removed after 2 years

Less than an hour ago I wrote a commentary to the Sarah Palin Thread that was up for over two years. I find it amuzing that It no longer exists not just as a post but as a thread.

Can one enlighten me as to why such a post or topic would be removed?

It looks a bit trimmed down after the crash, but some of it's there.

Hello Turtle and thank you for the input, however this is the wrong post ... the post I was discussing was a Sarah Palin discussion post that was started while she was running for President.

Thanks anyway, question still stands.

I remember yelling at some people last winter because the comments were getting out of hand.
Perhaps someone drove it over the edge and it dot deleted.

I removed the thread and asking my fellow Mods as to whether it should be reinstated.
In my opinion this thread contravened rule 3(b)

Ok .. I only posted on it this afternoon which is why I asked. i do not think my comments were out of place however I realize some people do have sensitivies to politics... You have to admit ... no matter what side of the political fence you are on... What was stated in my post was right :O)
