i think it should be banned it only seems to work half the time and when it does work it hits ya with a ton of ads (seems to with me)
I've made my views known to the other mods, I hate it.
I have not been able to view ANY of the pictures posted with it.
I also have the same problem with ImGiga.
We welcome any of your views.
If you are having problems let us know and we'll try and sort it out.

Yep, I agree. It never seems to work for me either, so it should go.
Picfoto has now been added to the forbidden list, as has ImGiga.
