Vikki Dougan (IMDb) (Wikipedia) - American actress and model, famous starting in the 1950s as "The Back" for her preference for daring backless dresses. In 1953 Ralph Crane photographed her extensively for Life magazine.

Playboy featured Vikki in their 1962 December issue. As part of that shoot Vikki posed for a dozen nude photos. Those didn't appear in Playboy, but a couple of years later Cavalier published them without permission. Vikki sued, and those photos don't appear to be available in their original form. :(
