"The topic or post you requested does not exist"

Topics disappearing and reapearing with another ID.

Since we moved to the new server, sometimes I receive a mail with a link to new post on a topic but when I follow the link, I get a "Topic does not exist" error page. Then I go to "search", type the name of the topic and it is there but with another ID. Then I go to the last post of that topic and it is the same that was the last time, so I suppose when this happens, the last post (the one that causes the email notification) is lost.

This message is coming up for pages that do exist..........

I'm sure the board is aware of the problem but If not then here's a new one for ya...... :(

Yea, I am getting a lot of this too. Board sends me an email on topics I am subscribed to, but when I click the link in the email, I get that very same error. Actually more times than not.

Topic Reply Notification - Melissa Lincoln aka Melissa Midwest

JoeJoe (or at least I think it was) created a new topic called something like
Tasha from tashastemptations

Tasha hereself joined this forum as "Lil Lady T" and posted in the topic, here's a link to her profile


I know she was alarmed to find a full set posted and either Turtle or idspud PM'd her asking about the topic

I can't find the topic and clicking the link to find all posts by "lil lady t" errors


Her site doesn't appear in the forbidden list

Did it get deleted or just disappear?

That topic is in a holding area pending review. It is not visable to members.
We will see what happens with it

I've merged the two posts, the original and Tasha's own post.
For the moment NO full sets to be posted, please just post previews etc.

The links in e-mails will now point to last post of the watched topic, instead of a specific post number. This should get rid of those bad links.
