Ashley Holden is currently a Morning Reporter/MMJ at KWTV News 9, the CBS affiliate in Oklahoma City. Ashley started with News 9 in June of 2018 and has helped cover severe weather, flooding and breaking news.
Before arriving in OKC, Ashley was a Weekend Anchor/Multi-Media Journalist at KWQC, the NBC affiliate in Davenport, Iowa. During her three years in the Quad Cities, Ashley held numerous positions From 2015-2016, Ashley worked as a sports/news reporter, bouncing between both departments as needed. After a year in the position, she had the opportunity to transition to morning reporter for KWQC's Quad Cities Today.
In October of 2017, Ashley began solo anchoring and producing the weekend morning show, Quad Cities Today Weekend, while continuing to report for the weekday morning shows three days a week.
Ashley grew up in southern Illinois and became a scholarship track and field athlete and honors student at DePaul University in Chicago. In 2015, she graduated from DePaul with a BA in Digital Cinema and an additional major in Journalism. Before working at KWQC, Ashley was a Production Team Member for the Big East Digital Network.
