Linda Hamilton

Linda Carroll Hamilton (born September 26, 1956) is an American actress best known for her portrayal of Sarah Connor in The Terminator and its sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Catherine Chandler in the television series Beauty and the Beast, for which she was nominated for two Golden Globes and an Emmy. Most of it was acting ability, of course. But it also helped that Linda's actually bipolar, and before she found some medication she could tolerate she managed her condition by exercising for 6 hours every day. So burning off 15 lbs. of fat then adding back 15 lbs. of lean muscle, and acting like a nutcase, kind of came naturally.
