The blonde reality TV contestant-turned-actress plays a British businesswoman who encounters the central characters in the program beside a hotel pool.

Small talk about the linen Monk's character designs leads her to invite celebrity Vince (Adrian Greiner) back to her room for a private fitting, but the next scene reveals that her intentions are to remove fabrics rather than try them.

Only strategically-placed hair and bedsheets deny viewers a complete view of the duo getting better acquainted, but there is certainly enough skin in clear view to show that Monk still has the curves that made her a standout on the 1999 reality TV series Popstars.

It was through this show that the full-lipped, full-figured Monk became a member of the all-girl group Bardot, whose first single 'Poison' topped the charts and was followed by a series of top 20 singles before the band broke up in 2002.

Monk pursued a brief solo music career and then went to Hollywood, where the former Marilyn Monroe impersonator — you may have seen her if you went to Warner Brothers Movie World in the '90s — found herself reprising the role for the big-budget TV movie The Mystery of Natalie Wood.

Supporting roles in comedies Date Movie and Adam Sandler's film Click followed, along with a starring role in the Blink-182 video clip Always.

A dark comedy project Sex and Death 101 co-starring Simon Baker and Winona Ryder in the works, with a Warner Bros bitchy girl comedy Spring Breakdown lined up next.

Monk's personal life has also been eventful: after dating Jude Law, she is now engaged to US pop star Benji Madden.
