If you've been noticing a lot of empty posts that should have images, chances are the images were hosted at pixhost.to, which is no longer working. However, any links/URLs with pixhost.to can be replaced with pixhost.cc and they should work.

The good news is, you can still access the images by copying the BBCode in a post using the Quote button, then paste it into a text document and use the find and replace function to replace pixhost.to with pixhost.cc. If it's your own post and you want to fix it, use the Edit button instead of the Quote button, do the copy/paste into a text doc, then do the find/replace operation, and edit your post by replacing the old BBCode with the new. Or, it there are only a few images, you can manually replace any text that contains pixhost.to with pixhost.cc.

Make sure you use the Preview button to check that the edited post looks right before you hit Submit!

Since this domain change is still very new, the VEF techies haven't had a chance to fix it, but we're hoping they can do so very soon.

In the meantime, if you want to fix your own posts with dead pixhost images, you can use the temporary fix described above.

If you can't get it to work, reply in this thread and we'll try to help.
We should be able to implement a fix soon.
