you could also try ( and in my opinion_should) use the new google Chrome
its faster than FF.

not any more. with mozilla's jit optimizations to javascript, it is practically as fast as c. it is up-to-par with chrome. the optimizations have already been enabled in seamonkey & firefox nightly builds & the rest of the userbase will see the results with firefox 3.1.

I turned ZoneAlarm off and the pics came up. Then as soon as I turned it back on they would not come up.

So we know now the firewall is the problem for Netscape, IE and FireFox, but not Safari. Do you know what to do with ZoneAlarm to work around this problem?

I switched to Comodo this afternoon and the pics work fine.
