Zeta-Jones set to star as a 3D Cleopatra

Catherine Zeta-Jones has been tipped to play Egyptian queen Cleopatra in a spectacular new 3D rock 'n' roll musical.

Oscar winner Steven Soderberg will direct the GBP18 million live action movie, and he wants Hugh Jackman to play Cleopatra's lover Marc Antony.

A soundtrack is being composed by rock band Guided by Voices to accompany a script penned by author James Greer - the band's former bass player.

or so one account of her death goes. others say it was from a cobra envemonation. but it has been proven that those snakes's venom can't kill in the amount of time it took for the messenger (iirc) to get to her after reading the "suicide note". only in extremely, extremely rare circumstances could an asp's or cobra's venom kill that quickly.

(egyptology has a been an area of study & interest with me for almost a decade now).
