its nothing to serious or big problem but iv noticed when ya click on latest post for some threads your get No posts exist for this topic and it shows a extra page was wonderin if the Mods or the Guru of the fourms knows about this

from what I gather its caused by

example..............there are 10 pages in the thread.............mods then delete the dupes and the shit responses which brings the thread size down to 9 pages....however the site still reads the thread as if there were still 10 pages.............hence you get the reply that no page exists..........its more of an annoyance rather than a problem

ok, since i'm a mod, i'll clarify/clear this up "officially".

what happens is some times when posts get deleted and a thread's page count decreases, the decrease isn't taken into account by the forum software, so the forum still thinks the thread has the old amount of pages.

gaz's example is correct. for example, say a thread has 10 pages, posts get deleted and the page count drops to 9 pages. however, the forum still thinks there is 10 pages.
