    Forbidden Subjects thread

Question - How come when the search tool is used on a name from the forbidden list, the search results do not reveal the name in the Forbidden List thread? Before posting a brand new thread, I use the search tool to see if a thread on the subject has already been created. It would alleviate postings of forbidden models, if the search feature pulled model names listed in the forbidden subjects thread. - MoC

The search function defaults to searching the topic title only so unless you're searching for a model named "Forbidden Subjects", that thread won't show up from your search. Under search options, check "Search topic title and message text" and it will return the Forbidden Subjects thread as one of the results if your search matches someone listed within that thread.

It does work. Too bad there isn't a permanent way to set that under "user preferences".
