This girl (I think her name is Rachel Platt) kind of fell off the map about 5 years back. I have looked all over, curious if anyone had anything or insight on where to find. Thanks

Rachael was on A&E's Intervention (see here) and is also a model in the Harriet Carter catalog (examples here and here).

Rachael Platt also played a hooker on an episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
