Fawna MacLaren (born December 18, 1965 in Santa Monica, California) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January, 1989.
Several years later, she appeared in one of Playboy's Wet & Wild home videos. She was selected as Playboy's 35th Anniversary Playmate after a nationwide search, but she modeled for the magazine only during a brief period at the end of the 1980s. She was paid $35,000 for her centerfold.
My two cents on the one hit wonders: I theorize that the playmates that posed once and moved on were the kinds that did not want to party at the mansion with Hef.
