If the links should be available to members why was I unable to see them?

Because the change didn't work as intented, that's why old settings are back.
You can see links now, right?


As for the multiple files upload, if you find a modification for Attachment Mod that does that then I'll be happy to apply it, but I couldn't find it myself.
