After a change in the rules, these are the only allowed large file hosts.

If you feel another should be added, ask here and we will discuss it and either:

a) Add it
or
b) Forbid it's use.

Same goes for any you think should be taken off the list.

Not sure why filefactory isn't on the list? I'll have to check with the other mods, I don't think there was a problem with it!
I'd have to see some examples of pixroute, I don't know what it is like.
Hopefully someone else will weigh in with some input.

Here's another example of someone breaking the rules and then asking permission after the fact. That doesn't sit well with me and we've reprimanded other members in the past and deleted posts for doing such. I don't know why this is even a let's see what everyone else says issue. Looks pretty cut and dry to me. Let's review. So spawn02 knows that he's used an unapproved image host (blatant rule violation) and asks permission after the fact. By the way, he not only posted this unapproved image host before he asked permission, but he also posted the unapproved host after he asked permission. Have I got that about right? The answer is yes. Had he asked first we could have had a reasonable judicious discussion as we've had in the past about other sites. This doesn't set well at all with me that our rules are blatantly violated both before and after permission was asked. Given that, I've deleted all of the unapproved hosts and issued infractions to spawn02 accordingly.

Here's how it works, if you violate the rules you are in the wrong, period. This is even more serious when one knowingly does so. If someone wants an addition to our posted rules, then the procedure is to ask first, not after the fact. We have well thought out reasons for our posted rules and their adherence to is not just a suggestion. It's real simple folks, read and familiarize yourself with the rules before posting. If you have any questions regarding such, contact one or more of the moderator team for clarity. Do not, violate our rules, blatantly or otherwise and then ask if it's ok.
