Elizabeth Ann Roberts (Wikipedia) - American model and Playboy Playmate of the month for 1958 January. She was underage at the time (which Hefner didn't know about), so by the rules of The Famous Board we can't have any nudes from her Playmate portfolio here.

Playboy had a Playmate reunion in 1963 to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Supposedly they cataloged over 1,000 pictures, and featured a pillow fight in what they showed in the magazine. Playmates included Teddi Smith, Christa Speck, Elizabeth Ann Roberts, Carrie Radison, Delores Wells, Elaine Reynolds, & Joyce Nizzari. A couple of images at the end here are of poor quality, and there are many more that have escaped my attention. Help to fill in the gaps would be very welcome.
