It's so sad but I marked out like a little kid for the SAVE_US.222 video. It better be the return of Jericho and not some dumb Cyber Sunder/Taboo Tuesday promo. Anyway, here's a list of the more plausible clues from the partial file names in the video:

- Save_Us.222: Joshua 2:2 verse 2 "It was told the king of Jericho, saying, "Behold, men from the sons of Israel have come here tonight to search out the land."

- CHAMP_HARD: Jericho was a former WWE Hardcore Champion

- SMACK_BROUGHT1: Jericho was on SmackDown and on his debut, he brought the "smack" to The Rock. Also, remember back when Jericho interviewed the #1 Draft Pick from SD!, John Cena. Jericho was also brought over from RAW to SmackDown.

- CD_VOLUME4_1: This might be the most significant clue, as Jericho's theme Break The Walls Down was the first track on the 4th WWE Music CD

- WM00_MATCH and WM_MATCH_TRI: Jericho wrestled Benoit and Angle in the Triple Threat Match at WM

- LIVEWIRE: A song by Jericho's band, Fozzy, also an old show, WWE Livewire

- TALENT_PRE: Obvious, Jericho was a former WWE talent

- JVC_FIX: A former WWE sponsor

- PROMO_99: Jericho's WWE debut came in 1999 and he cut that infamous promo on The Rock

- 7_OCT: WWE's No Mercy PPV in October

- RAW_DOUBLE_FIN and RAW_REV: A possible reference to the match against Triple H on RAW which Jericho had won, or so we thought, only to see Triple H void the title change. Also, Jericho and Chyna both won the WWE IC Title on a double pin.

- RAW_REV_MAY2.action: Jericho defeated Benoit for the WWE IC Title on May 2, 2000

- BIG_SHOW: Jericho defeated Big Show for the Hardcore title in 2001.

- RAW_WAR_BUMPER: RAW is WAR was the catchphrase back when Y2J was around, and he often "bumped" the phrase around to say RAW is Jericho

- DISP_CHAMP: A possible reference to Jericho's reign as WWE Undisputed Champion

- giga/flame_5.0.7OCT/action: WWE No Mercy starts at 5:00PM on October 7th

ohhhhhh, thats what that was.... i watched raw with a friend at his house and we usually just talk or whatever during commercials, so i'm wondering what all the buzz about this SAVE_US.222 thing is cuz i didn't even know what it was till you posted this comment gard. i didn't pay real close attention to it, but i thought it might be some cyber sunday/taboo tuesday promo too...

wwe.com has added secret save_us.222 links on their site. these hidden links are supposed to lead to more clues. i really don't have the time to go through their site just to find those clues.

as for the new hart foundation. they are on their way to wwe smackdown. expect them to show up in the next several months. although they are all not expected to show up at once.

I have been looking frame by frame at the recent saveus_222 video from RAW this past week and I find it interesting that if you listen closely near the end, you can hear a faint "I'm Back." At the beginning, it says 7 OCT, the same day of No Mercy. In one frame, it says catman (perhaps a lion). It also says bookshelves, maybe a hint for Jericho's new book. Another interesting note is, if you play it back and listen carefully, you can hear the "Come On" like in Chris Jericho's entrance music.

While playing the SAVEUS_222 video in slow motion the text JER_ICO is clearly seen right above the words SAVE_RAW. It could be WWE trying to fool everyone, but it looks like pretty clear proof. As I reported last night, if you pay close attention to the video it says "I'm Back."

I am amazed that no one else has figured out the meaning of saveus_222. First of all 222 in the Dewey Decimal System refers to books of the Old Testament of the Bible. Jericho is mentioned 70 + times in the Old Testament. Jericho is the point of reference that God apparently gave to Moses for the deliverance of his people.

There were several incidents which lead to The Sandman’s firing. In early September on a flight during WWE’s African tour, Sandman and some other wrestlers got drunk prior to takeoff and had a yelling match with Ricky Steamboat over smoking on the plane. Later on, due to time constraints a few wrestlers were pulled from a show and Sandman was one of them. Sandman thought this was Steamboat’s way of getting revenge. A few days later, he called John Laurinaitis and requested his release. His release was granted despite Vince McMahon being a fan of his character.

Sandman sold one of his construction companies a few years back and is financially in a good situation where he doesn’t need WWE’s paychecks.

on a crappy raw earlier tonight, they replayed this exact video. or maybe it was a new one. i could have sworn they changed the saveus_222. but you could see JER_ICO and SAVE_RAW. also theres a part where you can hear just a small portion of chris jericho's theme. the small part after the explosion. i forgot how it goes. something like "you know i gotcha" but just the music.

also during the match with ken kennedy, john cena suffered an injury. it is believed to have been a torn right pectoral muscle. if this turns out to be true and not part of a storyline, cena will have to be out of commision for some time. this could mean that orton might be the new champ at no mercy this sunday. cena is scheduled to get an mri later today.

I don't think Jericho (if it is him) will be at No Mercy. The videos aren't being sold by the commentators or anyone on-screen, if he does turn up Sunday they can't just turn around and say "Oh, that's what those two videos were!" I'm gonna go with some kind of big clue at the PPV, something in the arena or on the Titantron so as to get the commentators speculating with Jericho to return at Taboo Sunday or whatever the fuck it's called.

*Edit* This weeks video ended 8.2.11 Saviour_Self. Follow the Bible theme from last week and you get:

But, follow the alphabet and you get: 8th letter = H, 2nd Letter = B, 11th Letter = K

8_2_11_Savior_Self becomes HBK Saviour_self.

So is that a reference to Jericho's feud with HBK or a hint that Shawn Michaels aka God's tag team partner; is coming back to save us?!

WWE Champion John Cena has suffered a complete tear of his right pectoral tendon and is heading into surgery, according to noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. Because of the seriousness of the injury, WWE officials will not allow Cena to compete this Sunday at No Mercy, and he will have no choice but to surrender the title.

Dr. Andrews said Cena could miss between six and eight months of action. Cena was injured during his match Monday night on Raw with Mr. Kennedy. Before visiting Dr. Andrews, Cena had said, “No matter how serious, the injury, one way or another I’ll be ready to compete on Sunday.”

But despite Cena’s vow, WWE officials will not allow him to compete at No Mercy. Therefore, he must surrender the WWE Championship.

WWE officials vow that there will be a WWE Championship Match this Sunday at No Mercy and a new WWE Champion will be crowned.
